Taylor L'Heureux
attorney
Taylor’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration, real estate law and business law. Additionally, Taylor regularly assists clients as they seek to care for their relatives or close friends in need of a guardianship or conservatorship. She understands that a compassionate, friendly approach can help make difficult conversations regarding the care or passing of a loved one much easier. Taylor also represents several municipalities, businesses and farmers.
Prior to joining the firm, Taylor worked for a government relations firm in Lincoln, Nebraska for three years representing clients including the Nebraska Medical Association and several national insurance companies. Before that, she worked in health care policy for a large health system lobbying the South Dakota Legislature and U.S. Congress while receiving her Master of Public Administration from the University of South Dakota. Taylor received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014.
Taylor, a native of O’Neill, Nebraska, is married and has five young children. Her husband farms in Franklin County and is an airman in the Nebraska Air National Guard trained in avionics. When she happens to find free time, Taylor enjoys spending it with her family, traveling, catching a Broadway show and volunteering at her children’s school.
