John Sauder

attorney

A trial attorney through and through, John enjoys fighting for his client’s rights in the courtroom.

Having joined the DeWald Deaver L’Heureux Team in 2017, John is honored to represent and provide quality representation to clients who would otherwise have to travel great distances to find similar counsel. John has an active litigation practice in the county and district courts for Phelps County and the surrounding area. He represents clients in nearly every aspect of the court system, including; personal injury, contract disputes, criminal defense, divorce, and child custody disputes.

John grew up and spent most of his life living in Puerto Rico and is naturally bilingual. He regularly represents Spanish-speaking clients in his practice, which saves clients time and money by not hiring an interpreter while also ensuring that each case’s sensitive details remain with one person.

John and his wife, Danielle, have five children and are proud members of All Saints Catholic Church in Holdrege, Nebraska. When he’s not helping his clients achieve success, he enjoys playing sports, spending time with his family, and working on various home projects.
